How to choose a windshield wiper for your car

1.This does not fit my 2009 Chrysler town and country, the mounting hole does not fit over the knurled fitting below the nut. Wondering if the wrong part was sent? Or does the knurled fitting come off? looks welded/part of mounting stud.

2.This item doesn't match the picture and doesn't fit my 2009 Chrysler T&C Limited. Please advise how to exchange or return.
