What is your return or exchange policy?
You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all parts. First, email info@auceramic.com for a return authorization and address.

2. What if my package arrives damaged or broken?

3. Do you offer a warranty?

4. Does the warranty start over if you replace my part?
