Was going to leave neautral feedbackwith 5stars because the part broke when I tried to install,
but I’m not 100% it wasn’t user error so I can’t say for sure, but it split into 3 pieces when I tightened
the nut down holing the arm on.. eBay said I should messege you first。

Thank you for the reply honestly I install quit a few parts, and I feel something as simple as the wiper arm would be very hard to mess up,. However I cannot deny the possibility, The only thing I can think of is that it was over tightened? But I’m not even sure that is possible with the design and install process. If you agree with that then yes I Would highly appreciate a replacement item, thank you
