Returns (30-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and not installed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and all included parts
Items that have been installed, used, or disassembled are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product defect.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact us first to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging or is missing parts.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos or videos.
We may request the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund. Only defects affecting product function are eligible for warranty coverage.
