All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Shipping Methods & Warehouses

Depending on product availability and your location, your order may be shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or our international warehouse.

  • Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are fulfilled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Orders shipped from our international warehouse are delivered via standard international shipping carriers

Shipping Fees

We offer different shipping policies depending on the destination:

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders
  • Canada & Mexico:
    • Orders under $99 USD: $10 shipping fee
    • Orders $99 USD and above: Free shipping

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping location:

  • U.S. warehouse shipments: typically delivered within standard domestic transit times after dispatch
  • International warehouse shipments: delivery typically takes about 10–18 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local logistics conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Important Notes

  • We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped
  • Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control
